The hotel's laundry service was excellent. delivery was prompt, and the staff displayed a high level of professionalism. my clothes were returned perfectly cleaned. i found the pick-up and drop-off service particularly convenient. I want to thank roshan and suresh for their kindness.

The breakfast buffet offered many regional options. The restaurant staff was attentive to details during service. Team dinners at the buffet area were possible. Everyone enjoyed it. The front desk staff Ms. Khusboo handles every guest very promptly with a smile.

The breakfast service did not meet expectations for a hotel of this supposed calibre. Staff seemed inattentive. Requests for coffee or tea were not anticipated. Cutlery was not readily available at tables. Awareness regarding clearing used plates seemed lacking.
